We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare – regardless of their circumstances. That’s why Te Roopu Tautoko Ki Te Tonga and Dunedin Community Health have partnered to deliver low-cost, accessible, and inclusive healthcare services to the Dunedin community.

Together, we are creating a welcoming environment where individuals and whānau can feel safe, supported, and respected while receiving the care they need.

A Whānau-Friendly, Healing Space

Te Roopu Tautoko Ki Te Tonga provides the clinic space—a beautifully converted, multi-purpose area that reflects our commitment to holistic wellbeing. The environment is warm, spacious, and whānau-friendly, allowing family to be part of the healthcare journey.

Our facilities host a wide range of services, including:

GP and nurse consultations
Visiting clinicians such as dietitians, pharmacists, oral hygiene, and sexual health professionals
Women’s health and cervical screening services
Free mirimiri (traditional Māori massage) to help restore physical and spiritual wellbeing

Low-Cost Appointments for All Ages

Our clinic is run by Dunedin Community Health, who are committed to breaking down financial barriers to essential health services. Our pricing has been thoughtfully structured to be as affordable as possible:

Adults: $15
Young people (14–17 years): $12
Children under 14: Free

This model is specifically designed to support those who may not be able to afford standard general practice fees.
